Parent N Tot
This program is for children 18 months to 3.5 years
and a parent. Our trained staff will help parents help their children with
basic gymnastics skills. A wide variety of movement skills are used to
encourage independence and exploration through physical activity.
Come play in the most exciting indoor playground in town for climbing,
sliding, running, jumping, rolling and just plain fun!
Preschool (3.5 - 5 yr. )
All children 3.5 years to 5
years will benefit from this program. Motor coordination and a positive
self-concept are the focus of this program through gymnastics. All gymnastics
events & trampoline are used to teach gymnastics skills as well as readiness
skills for kindergarten.
Class Ratio: 6 children to 1 instructor
Open Workout
A Supervised Gymnastic
Workout Is offered the 1st Saturday of each Month during the school
year. 1:00 – 2:30 PM. Preschool Students must be accompanied by an adult.
Cost: $700 per
person or use as a Make-up for a missed class (within a month of the missed
class).
Cheer Tumbling
Want to learn Front and Back handsprings?
We have extensive professional training
and experience in the teaching of tumbling and related
skills. We utilize the latest in training techniques,
Trampolines, tumble tracs, overhead spotting belts and “PAC
mans” for back handspring training. We train cheerleaders
in CORRECT tumbling progressions, along with spotting to
instill confidence in themselves and their teammates.

Monday 7:30 – 8:30 in Danville

Birthday Parties at Blue Ridge Gymnastics
All Parties are Private - No other activity will be
going on in the gym during your party.
PARTY INCLUDES: 1½ hour party time in the gym.
(1 hour of gymnastics and ½ hour of party time upstairs at the party tables)
INVITATIONS - With
directions to the gym and instructions for what the children
should wear. Remember this is an active party.
STAFF - 2 BRGA staff
members for 15 children to organize the party
and assist with party time. Our staff also does the cleanup work!
COST - $110 for the first 15 children. $7 for each
additional child. Maximum 30 children.
Parties are scheduled on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Call for available times and dates. Payment for party is expected when
invitations are given to you. Call 3 days prior to party with an exact number of
guests so we can arrange the staff. The number of guests you give us is the
minimum number you will be billed for.
